Clash at the Canyons - Recap!

I thoroughly enjoyed my week at @dellwood_disc_golf! The @discgolfprotour Silver Series event, "Clash at the Canyons" was awesome. The staff, volunteers, and course were all top notch! I would highly recommend anyone near Chicago, IL to check out this gem.

After an abysmal -1 Round One I realized that I was very timid on every single shot. Going into Round Two I told myself to "Trust Your Stuff," and commit to each and every throw. This mental strategy worked out great as I finished with a -6 Round Two and a -9 Round Three. This was good enough to bump me up into a 21st place finish! I consider this a win, as I was sitting in about 60th place after the first round.

Looking forward to competing in The Des Moines Challenge in Iowa this week!
